Jennifer Deliganis-Bess, MS, LPC offers counseling services to individuals of all ages in a non-judgmental, light-hearted, and fun environment. Jennifer’s specialties include utilization of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Systems Family Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Expressive Therapy (art, music, games), Mindfulness strategies, and Play Therapy. As a child and adolescent therapist, Jennifer also provides parent/guardian support and coaching as well as advocacy for children and adolescents in school settings and agency consultations.
Adult and adolescent psychotherapy and children’s play therapy are offered with emphasis on meeting individual, familial, and systemic goals; to explore a variety of tools to help face down life’s challenging obstacles; encourage empowerment of the self and find emotional freedom.
